Lentepop
On Saturday evening, April 5, Poppodium Bovenkerk is organizing Lentepop for the first time, a new music festival at the Noorddamcentrum in Amstelveen. The event offers an evening full of live music on two stages, featuring six regional bands. Admission is free, and doors open at 7:30 PM.

Lentepop brings a diverse lineup featuring both young talents and experienced musicians. The repertoire includes covers and original songs in various styles, including pop, rock, blues, disco, and soul. Some bands previously performed at Rock Urbanus and Young Urbanus, the predecessors of this event.

About Poppodium Bovenkerk
Poppodium Bovenkerk was founded by the teams that organized the Young Urbanus and Rock Urbanus band nights for years. The venue aims to provide both emerging and experienced musicians with opportunities to perform at various events.
Its home base is the Noorddamcentrum (Noorddammerweg 1, Amstelveen). Poppodium Bovenkerk is part of the residents' platform Stichting Bovenkerk and is entirely run by volunteers, including music teachers and professional musicians. The venue collaborates with rehearsal spaces, music schools, and music teachers in the Amstelveen region to organize its events.
