The KPMG Spring Marathon
On Sunday, March 16, Amstelveen’s premier running event takes place: the Spring Marathon!
After multiple successful sold-out editions, the KPMG Spring Marathon returns—bigger and better than ever! Whether you choose the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10km, 5km, Marathon Relay, or Kids Run, there’s a challenge for every runner.
All distances start and finish in the lively Stadshart. The route takes you through Amstelveen’s beautiful green surroundings: the Amsterdamse Bos, Oude Dorp, the polders, along the Amstel River, and through various neighborhoods. Afterward, you can relax and celebrate your achievement.
Not in the mood to run? You’re more than welcome to cheer on the runners from Stadshart, where both the start and finish take place. Even for supporters, there’s plenty to do in Stadshart on this day. And of course, you can toast to the runners’ achievements at one of the local cafés or restaurants.
