Ruigoord artists in DeNieuweGalerie
In DeNieuweGalerie, located in the Stadshart Amstelveen shopping center (store 109 entrance 8), work by seven artists from the cultural free haven Ruigoord can be seen: Elsje Stroetinga, paintings of abstract shapes from her theme house, Anita Janssen, photography by Ruigoord, Alain Eskinasi, magical realist paintings, Hans Gritter with watercolors and drawings of dancers and musicians, Rob van Tour with nature-inspired paintings and drawings, Martijn Steinz with sculpted stone statues of animals, and Henk Witte Aap with wooden statues inspired by Kokopelli together with the abstract-landscape paintings of Han Sinke.
Opening with musical accompaniment Friday, October 18 at 4 p.m.
