Ian Siegal & Johnny Mastro

Ian Siegal and Johnny Mastro came together for a fantastic throwback rough and tumble session recorded live in New Orleans. Ian Siegal's whiskey soaked voice and guitar meshes perfectly with one of the rawest approaches on the scene. Johnny's harmonica drives his band like no one else and combined with Mr. Siegal the sound is refreshingly intoxicating.

About Ian Siegal
Siegal born in Portsmouth, England has headlined festivals for the last 20 years throughout the world and accumulated awards and accolades including “Best British Singer”. MOJO magazine called him “one of the most gifted singers and writers in contemporary blues”. His rootsy Americana meets the blues style and collaborations over the years have gained him a reputation as a soulful, stylistically flexible artist. A “real” artist with something to say.

About Johnny Mastro
New Orleans based harmonica man Johnny Mastro was born in Geneva, NY, USA and has led one of toughest bands on the blues scene for 25 years. He has been touring Europe for 20 years and like Siegal’s, his critically acclaimed records hold up to the test of time. A little more rigid in style, Mastro always creates a driving, original, loose and dangerous sound, pushing the music to the brink. Munich Talk said of his last recording “it can hardly be more distorted, dirtier or rougher and that’s a good thing”.

Please note:

All events organized in P60 are, in principle, completely standing. Do you really have difficulty walking? Or do you have another physical complaint, so you can’t really stand all evening? Please let P60 know well in advance. They have a limited number of bar stools, which they can place in different places in the room. Please contact P60 by e-mail or call, so that they can look at the possibilities with you.

Other information:

- Two days before the start of the event, you will receive an email from P60 with further information about the starting times and other relevant information. Please note, these emails are normally in Dutch.

- Would you prefer to gain this information further in advance? Then take a look at the 'About Your Visit' page on the P60 website. There you will find all relevant information regarding your visit to P60.

- Are you unexpectedly unable to make it? Or are you looking for tickets for a sold-out show? Ticketmaster Resale is the only reliable way to get your hands on and/or buy a second-hand ticket.
