Arrival of Sinterklaas

Come and celebrate the festive Sinterklaas Parade in Amstelveen on November 16th! It promises to be an enchanting day for young and old. Sinterklaas and his cheerful helpers (Pieten) will arrive with and receive a warm welcome at Stadsplein.

Program on Stadsplein
There are fantastic performances on the City Square all morning. Starting at 11:00 a.m., Dance School Buenting and the dance group from De Schakel will perform. At 11:30 a.m., the Dance and Singing Pieten will put on a spectacular show.

Route schedule for the arrival of Sinterklaas in Amstelveen 2024:

• 10:30 AM - Sint departs from Sportlaan
• 10:35 AM - Arrival at van der Hooplaan
• 10:40 AM - Arrival at the Lindenlaan roundabout
• 10:50 AM - Arrival at the intersection of Lindenlaan - Keizer Karelweg
• 11:00 AM - Arrival at the intersection of Keizer Karelweg - Handweg
• 11:10 AM - Arrival in Oude Dorp
• 11:20 AM - Arrival at Amsterdamseweg - Molenweg
• 11:35 AM - Arrival at Graaf Albrechtlaan - Keizer Karelweg
• 11:40 AM - Arrival at Graaf Albrechtlaan - Rembrandtweg
• 11:50 AM - Arrival at Rembrandtweg - Mr. G. Groen van Prinsterenlaan
• 12:00 PM - Arrival at Stadsplein: the mayor and child mayor welcome Sinterklaas at Stadsplein. Afterwards, Sinterklaas will make a tour among the audience.
