Weidevogelpad
The Weidevogelboulevard is a strip of land 2 meters wide and approximately 4 kilometers long where farmers are cultivating extra herb-rich grasslands.
Amstelland is already one of the most favorable locations for meadow birds in the Netherlands, but the Weidevogelboulevard is the best spot there. For visitors, there are information boards and an observation point available. These boards are attached to wooden fences or bridge parts, which is favorable for the argus butterfly that occurs in this area and likes to warm up on wooden surfaces in the landscape. As a result, the area is an attractive location for various animal species.
