Bostheater
The Amsterdamse Bostheater is open every summer. During the summer, they present live theatre performances, modern dance and spoken word by renowned Dutch companies and impressive artists. The open air theatre is a great escape from the busy city centre. They have variety of shows that are also interesting for a non-Dutch speaking audience.
Every summer, the Bostheater also present a great variety of theatre plays for children. Kids are encouraged to use their imagination and they don’t need many words to feel the excitement. These include well-known stories, like the fairy-tales Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty.
The stands have space for more than 1500 people you can also come here to enjoy a changing selection of food trucks.
